msdff, Many of the Rivals do not even use the bonus block system anymore. I would try to remember that the casinos are different and having problems at one does not mean all the others are bad. Maybe Tradition does not allow bonus to be claimed during a pending cashout. wink

That sounds strange with the bonusbanning at Tradition. I made a deposit of $25 this weekend. Cashed out $600 and got it after five hours. I am not banned and have made several deposits after. With and without bonuses. Great casino Very Happy

I am having an issue with Tradition Casino, and do not know what to do. On Dec. 5th I withdrew $400, total cashout was $375.72 via UseMyWallet. On Dec. 6th, I received an email from their Accounting Dept. congratulating me on my win and telling me that my withdrawal will be processed in 2-5 days. Today, I contacted support to ask at what point of the Processing procedure is my withdrawal? Naturally, they did not exactly know, but said I will receive an email when it is completed. Then they mentioned the verification deposit process. Since, I have done this for other Rival Casinos, when Tradition accepted the withdrawal without stopping me like the other Rival Casinos did, informing me of the verification deposit, I thought that they knew from their sister casinos of my "Usemywallet" details. I am upset that they waited this long to tell me that this might be the reason for the delay, but they are not sure. I find their support is vague, confused, and are not sure of anything.
Would anyone here know if you have to verify your webwallet with every Rival casino? I am getting nowhere with this Support Department.

AndieGirl, Hi, All Rival casinos require a verification deposit to cashout via quicktender. The fact that you have used your quicktender with other rivals does not matter as they only share software.

They should have let you know this sooner though.

I thank you so much for giving me clear information regarding these Rival casinos. I, like you, felt I should have been told much sooner, as now my cashout will be delayed. I cannot help but wonder how long my withdrawal would have sat in "processing" had I not questioned it today.
I am not impressed with the Support Dept to say the least, and apparently, their accounting dept leaves much to be desired as well.

I love your forum, and am grateful that I am now a member. There is a ton of information here, and we all know that knowledge is power.

Hi all! The process for cashout takes 48H maximum. Before to accept the cashout, you have to fill in the faxback form + send us back the copy of requested documents.

Of course we need a verification deposit as mentionned for each player having won with one of our sign up no deposit bonus. This deposit is not subject to wagerings and is refunded in the same time than the withdrawal. Thanks to have a look in our terms before to accept a bonus :-)

Tradition, Hi! I think the problem is that the player's cashout sat in processing for 3 days and support never told the player they needed to make a Quicktender deposit to get paid to quicktender.

In response to your post above, please note that I have never been asked to send documents, sign a fax-back form, nor make a verification deposit. Perhaps, the fact that I did not take the $25 non deposit bonus first. In actuality, I deposited $200 with my credit card, and when I lost that money I played with the $25.

What I cannot help but wonder is this...Had I not contacted you today, and asked about the status of my cashout, exactly how long would you have held onto my money before you contacted me with this obviously much needed information.

Last night I received an email from a person named Caroline Bertin from Tradition. The verification deposit for quicktender had already been done, but now they wanted documents. I had to prinot out their faxback form (which was worded 1/2 in English and 1/2 in French...sigh) and fill in the requested information then sign it. Trust me, it was a nightmare retyping their form so that it was all in English. Next came the Quicktender deposit form (another page to fill in to verify the verification deposit..LOL!). Then a copy of my driver's license, credit card (back and front), bank statement, and a bill. I then typed a nice cover letter to Emma and this morning it was faxed to them at 8am. I have since sent three emails to Emma asking her to acknowledge receipt of my faxes and the status of my withdrawal. I have not received an answer from her or anyone else. One thing I did learn was that the Support Dept for Tradition, is also the Support Dept for most of the Rival Casinos. I now know why when I go to live chat they are never very clear on any issues. I cannot believe that a casino is incapable of hiring their own support staff. It's kind of like a single mother with 25 children, everyone loses! Needless to say, I find Tradition leaves a lot to be desired. I am completely disgusted. If I would have known that a 375.00 withdrawal was going to cause this much aggravation, I would have played until I went broke.

TDTAT, if I hear nothing by tomorrow, would you please try to contact Tradition and see what is going on? I would be most grateful.

Ya', I think that SLOTO' is the ONLY Rival casino that uses their own support.

I like that about SLOTO'.
