I think I wait until tomorrow. I'm off to bed now anyway. It is my first withdrawal from Gold rock so I have patience with them. Vegas sky I will forget they exist if I don't get it by tomorrow...oops...just when I am writing this I got a mail from Vegas sky. It was a little congratulationmail. Thank you Vegas sky! TDTAT now they are claiming that part of my faxback form was cutoff. The only part of the form Idid not send was p.4 which only contained the casinos phone number and email address for support. They also claim that they need all of the credit cards I used to deposit there in the past. These were one time usegift cards and have since been discarded. HELP!!!!! Wall Bash

xenabruno, Hi, Send the fax back form again and explain you used one time cards that you no longer have. I will let the manager know also.
You can send the fax back form as an email attachment if you have a digital camera and take pictures of the pages. wink

xenabruno, I emailed a manager yesterday, so explain in an email with the form that you used one time use gift cards and have no copies.
Also if you used a normal credit card send a copy. wink

ok new faxback has been sent and i made sure it was complete before i sent it. I also explained about the credit cards so we should be good. I will let you know how i make out. hopefully my cashout was left on the top of their list it will all take only a few hours.

4 hours since faxback was sent and delivery was confirmed through live support and still nothing from Lions. I know I need to be patient but this is getting rediculous. Icon_hang

xenabruno, I doubt you will be getting a cashout today. The faxback form has to be reviewed and approved then the cashout has to be processed.
It will probably be at least a day or 2.

alright now im really starting to become fed up with lion slots. 2 days ago isent sec. docs. in and that evening received an email stating they were accepted.so i think great i should get my money any time now . i did not receive it today. Idid receive an email about an hour ago stating that my 1000 dollar withdraw had been reversed per my request. i did not request this and now will have to withdraw again and wait again for money i originally withdrew and had flushed on 8/31.THIS IS FREAKING REDICULOUS!!!!
