I know so much have already been said about Slotocash, I like this rival for many reason, including fast payouts, reasonable bonus terms including no max cash out on free chips! Lions slots as well has reasonable terms and no max cash outs with free chip offers.
Lions Slot and SlotoCash are my too favorite!

I cashed out from sloto and lions this week and in my opinion both must be expiriencing a high volume of cashout requests or something because both seem to be a little on the slow side . Slotto took two days which is not like them at all and I am now going into the third day of waiting for Lions cashout to appear in my quicktender. will let you know how I make out.

Thanks for the feedback. They both usally pay fast, so maybe it is a technical problem.

just got off live support with lion they said they need the faxback form, which is understandable but what i dont understand is that they did not need it to cashout my last two requests'.

Vegas regal took only 24 hours, but I have waited three days now from both Gold rock and Vegas sky, and my last cashout from Vegas sky took only 2 hours so it must be some technical problems. Neteller is usually one of the fastest options...But whenever it comes it is so welcome!

Maybe we should have some ranking on the CS on Rival casinos too? I mean they share livechat and mailsupport and I start to think that 9 of 10 of those supportpeople really should look after a new job. Or are their orders to never be personal or nice and always push the button where the whole sentence are written before.
I don't know the english language so well but I really trying to be nice to them. Why can't they at least try?
Slotocash is a different thing. They are good so this is not about them.
Am I wrong here or does someone have the same experience with those supportpeople?

They are not rude, but not nice either. They are just like robots. I understand that it can be boring answering the same stupid questions over and over again, but they can't be paid just to answering our questions. They are also selling the casinos.
I wrote some names here first, but I can't post them. They are certainly reading this forum and I don't want to be bonusbanned in more casinos than I already am.
Why don't every casino has their own support? I know at first I thought Gold rock had it's own but now I get answers in mail by the same supportpeople as with the other casinos.
I run into one nice guy at one time. He was new and wanted to help me with everything I asked about from one casinos livechat. He wasn't allowed to do that. You have to go in and ask from each casino. But he was nice, so I have met someone.One of the girls are nice to.
And no payments from Vegas sky or Gold Rock yet. Cashed out and flushed it on sunday. If they just gave me the money I wouldn't have time to be here criticising them

It is now 3:20 pm eastern time and still no cash from Lion slots I havnt even received an email stating that my security docs. were accepted but I know they received them because live support told me they did when i asked at 8:00 am. I flushed on monday morning at approx. 10 am. And Drakella, I hear what your saying if they were to pay I wouldnt be here either.LOL

The support people are probably instructed to give certain answers to some questions.
The Rivals share live chat but emails are usally answered by each casino. I am sure they share live chat for money reasons. If each casino had to have 2 or 3 people working 24 hours a day it costs much more than having 5 people work for 20 casinos 24 hours a day.
