Hi Tawnia...Thanks so much for your help and hate to say it but that guy is full of S@#T (sorry) but he is. I have deposited several times at pantasia and also atleast once at all the other Rival Casinos and what reason would I have to have several accnts its not like they give nd bonus's except for pantasia the $7 so what would I gain from multiple accounts... I wouldn't even be able to deposit using a diff names unless I had a credit card in the other name that just makes absolutely no sense what so ever and thats also probably the reason that the $25 that I did deposit there last night I did not win shit w/it (oops sorry again.)and then he says that it clearly asks if I still want to deposit even though I would not be getting the bonus well I didn't see no such thing and I definately would not have deposited if I was not going to be getting a bonus. Ok...well I really appreciate your help.

I know from experience that if you claim
a Rival bonus and are not eligible it says
" you are not eligible for promotions.. would you like
to deposit without the promotion"
I think what happened is you clicked claim in the lobby..
but that only takes you to the cashier.. then you see
the bonus terms are are supposed to click claim again.
Maybe that is what happened.. In any case I am sorry
and if it was up to me I would give you the bonus
plus 500% for your next deposit

Maybe one of your relatives has opened accounts??
That has happened to several people also
