I'm soooo excited, I got 10.00 from Pantasia and Mayan, whoopie!!!!!!!!

Anyone having trouble loading the cashier page. Tech support has tried to help but nothing is working. They think it may be a windws update that messed things up.

I just downloaded Mayan Casino. I went to claim the 15.00 free chip and it said that i am not eligable for any bonuses. So I went to live help. Man are they rude. They said because i have This is Vegas, Pantasia and Divici Gold downloaded that I am not eligible for not only the free chips but no bonuses also. They consider that multiple accounts with in the same group of casinos.
I have never played for real money at any of these casinos nor have I used any free chips except for the $7.00 one at Pantasia.
I would be careful playing here and ask first if you are eligable for bonuses before depositing any money.

hun, i don't doubt that you can win at these casinos. I'm sure they are great. But when I downloaded Mayan Fortune, I went to the promo section and it said that you can claim a bonus. I clicked on that and a freebie of 15.00 came up. When I clicked on that to claim it, it said you are eligable for any bonuses. So I went to Live Help. They told me that I could not claim it because I had too many accounts. I said what do you mean. They said that I had accounts with Divinci Gold, This is Vegas, Pantasia and now Mayan and I would not recieve any bonuses but I could deposit.
My user Name for all is the same that I use here. Nina13240
I don't know, maybe I just don't understand what they are saying. But I do know that all I did was download and did free play. I did use the free 7.00 at Panstasia. The others never had any free chips to use.

Hi...I deposited $25 at mayan Fortune and I claimed the 300%bonus first but never got it. I"m so mad I did not win a darn thing...How depressing...lol...I't seems tht i never win though at Rival Casinos. Oh well. Thanks for your help.
