HI, i signed up as new player at nedplay casino,deposited £20 and recieved a 21% bonus.i meet the playthrough requirements and made a withdrawal request.I then received an email from them asking me to supply 2 forms of id.so i phoned support and asked what id they would like me to send.And they said a recent copy of a bank statement,and a copy of a valid passport.they said once they have recieved these by email,and they have been validated,they would pay the £100.so i waited a while and did not hear anything.so i then contacted live support to check if they have recieved my email.she said quote i can not tell you this,but if your email was not sent back to you,take it everything is ok.I then asked when will i be paid,she said one moment i will check,she then whent on to say the copy of the passport is not acceptable because it is a scanned copy and not a 3 dimensional.what i would have to do is take adigital photo with my fingers pointing at the passport then send the image back to them then everything would be ok.i then phoned support to ask why i wast not told this at the beginning.they said the information iwas given by live support was incorrect,a scanned passport is ok,and when a thired party check was done i will be paid,we are sorry for the delay in payment and the information given to you bye live support.i still have not been paid still shows work in progress.the with drawal request was for money bookers.my username is mrhunk.thanks in advance for your help,because i think ive been given the run about because they dont wont to pay.I agree i have never had trouble before with microgaming casino or this hassle to get a withdrawal.

TDTAT.HELP Wall Bash just recieved email from cindy at nedplay.saying that the copy of the passport i sent in was out of date,please submit updated.i checked and she is correct.but i dont understand why did they pay the £100 TO ME.the other problem is i dont have another valid passport.what can i do.just for ref ciny is the one on live help that gave me the wrong info before.i would like to deposit but they said they would not pay out.i cant believe it after the previous trouble,they done there checks and payed,and know they wont.please can you help mrhunk
