bbq spare ribs (lamb,pork,beef)
3 Tbsp oil
4 Tbsp marmalade
Juice and rind of 4 lemons
Dash Worcestershire sauce
4 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp tomato sauce
4 Tbsp orange juice

Method

Combine the marinade ingredients in a clean saucepan and warm over a gentle heat until syrupy. Remove from the heat and allow the mixture to cool completely. Marinate the ribs for 1-2 hours. Barbecue the spareribs over a moderate heat for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked to your liking, turning frequently and basting with any spare marinade during cooking, to glaze. Serve hot or cold. oh yeah yum

When cooking on the barbecue a delicious snack to make is to cut your hot dog or sausage down the length slide in some sliced cheddar cheese wrap raw bacon around it pinning each end with toothpicks cook as you normally would cook your hotdogs and enjoy (ALWAYS BE SURE TO KNOW EXACTLY HOW MANY TOOTH PICKS USED AND BE SURE TO REMOVE THEM ALL BEFORE SERVING)

I KNOW WERE NOT SOPPOSE TO DO POST BACK TO BACK, BUT I DIDNT WANT TO LEAVE THE LITTLE ONES OUT, MY SISTER GAVE ME THIS RECIPE, SHES A GREAT COOK,
8 wooden craft sticks
3 tablespoons finely chopped lightly salted peanuts
6 ounces good quality dark chocolate (60 to 70 percent cocoa solids), chopped
4 MEDIUM RIPE BANANAS Very Happy
Cooking InstructionsPeel, then cut each banana in half crosswise and insert a craft stick into each half. Place on a tray, cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer until frozen, about 3 hours.
Place the peanuts in a shallow dish or on a plate. Melt the chocolate in the top of a double boiler over slightly simmering water, over the lowest possible heat, stirring frequently. Make sure the water is not touching the bottom of the top pan with the chocolate in it. Pour the melted chocolate into a tall glass.
Dip each frozen banana into the chocolate, turning it to coat, and immediately roll in the peanuts. Place on a tray covered in wax paper. Serve immediately or wrap individually in plastic wrap or wax paper and store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks .KIDS AND ADULTS WILL LOVE ,
