32RED group - downgraded from 5* to 2*

downgraded the casino group as lately it does not deserve even 3 stars. player support has become virtually non-existent lately... they are on a strict path to reduce bonus chips given to a player to a minimum possible.... e.g. i played regularly, nearly daily, at all 4 of their casinos in the past few years and was always on the top tier in their loyalty schemes...2 weeks ago out of the blue they downgraded me on 3 of their casinos, just like that...knowing very well that a lower tier means lower bonus amounts in their promotions... e.g. on their 100 percent promo days the top tier gets up to 200 max in bonus chips, the lower tiers only 25!!!

Further last week i deposited over 2500$ and lost it, not a single extra chip from them... where in the past i would get easily another 5-10 percent

they also stopped paying on weekends, so no difference to the other Microgaming groups.

so in my view customer support is now there only to flush your winnings. the best comment i got from their support was: we provide the casino games for entertainment not for winning!!! .... so much to encourage a player to play there

to express my disappointment i wrote emails first to their Player Support Manager, Jonathan and then to their Operations Director, Pat, and the answers i got were basically: "i don't give a toss about players and especially not what you are thinking or what disappointment you are feeling." Pat thought it was OK for support to decline over 30 times in a row requests for some bonus chips even when a player deposits thousands every week and has hardly withdrawn anything in the recent past.

all the more a reason for me to stop playing at this group or reduce my play to the 100 percent promo days.

i have not written this because i lost once and got disappointed...i play daily at online casinos and know very well "how the cookie crumbles" ..... it has been the last few months that 32RED has gone downhill

Just thought i'd share this with you so you avoid disappointment on your side :)

TDAT and it just got worse......

from today onwards they stopped flushing withdrawals and introduced a 24 hr pending period on weekdays and up to 2 days on weekends

...they're starting to lose the plot.

their share price lost some 50 percent this year and i guess this is a cost cutting and profit improvement program.... such a shame....

i will play at Guts Casino, Betsafe or Maxino in the future.... they pay from instant to max 2 hours and that 24/7/365... no need to take this crap from 32RED.

Jackpot Capital Group paid in a day, for a year they pay in three days, pending 2 days too, and they do not work as the weekend !!

I saw golden euros, a rtg to French players, even better lol !! they offer us a 75% to play 30 times but you can only win 5x our deposit, hilarious !!

they all go to hell with their beggars bonus, I prefer not to take that having a max cashout

the only one I know and who pays even a demand, finally when I request by email, they do not have live help is iNetBet euros, not the other iNetBet they pay within 24 hours but also not make the request

IMHO most online casinos have gone rogue, especially so since it is now illegal for most U.S. citizens to play at them. After getting enormously

irritated by inetbet, I pretty much have not been gambling. I just wish I had reached this point years ago. I still play free tournaments, but haven't been depositing monies. I guess since they figure there is nothing we can do when they play games with out money, they would rather beat us out of our winnings than keep us as customers.

SamSarah not everyone who gambles can walk away. There are those of us who are compulsive gamblers, and it is a strong addiction. I really am grateful to inetbet for getting me to the point where I can see the futility of my addiction. I still enjoy gaming, just doing it free can be satisfying. Eventually I will get to the point where I won't do it at all.

I don't know Cora... These days I only play at Jackpot Capital, Grande Vegas and Slotastic... and I OCCASIONALLY also deposit at Intertops. They all pay in 1-3 days to the cardpay, give me free chips when I lose and I manage to cashout frequently. I do not think those casinos are rogue at all, although there are plenty of crappy casinos around.

I like to gamble, and I realize how it is for US players. I'm happy to get a payout in less than 3 days and to cashout enough to break even most months.

I look at gambling as an entertainment expense... That said, I still "go off" from time to time and lose more than I should, but when I win a substantial amount, I've learned to CASHOUT and leave. Substantial to me is more than $300 or $400. If I win $100-$200 I will usually play it in hopes of a larger win.

I've also learned "scared money" never wins. I do the best when I'm just playing for fun, and I don't NEED to win.

Also, there is a difference between heavy user and addiction. I've been addicted to things before, so I know that as far as gambling is concerned, I am a heavy user as opposed to an addict. That makes a big difference as an addiction will always end badly.

I hope things never change for me , when I can't play I ask free chips where I play a lot and wait to have money to spend at casinos , if not , I do otherthing , like playing BELOTE , free card games on line
