Yea i agree,Some off the sites have a little sign saying gambling commission, which for some reason you are just meant too know that you have to click on it too read the new rules.???

Yeah, I got an email about the new 15% affiliate tax for UK whitelisted casinos (we already pay to our home counties), so thanks for the information.
I guess this is another instance of some government meddling (funny that it's the UK instead of the USA this time), so it's nice to know that 32red was forced to make the changes and did not just get "greedy".
 
In any case, if I was running that casino, I would have sent an email explaining to players that the changes were forced upon them by regulations and not a decision they would have made on their own... that would have mitigated the anger of loyal players and made them look better. That said, I know Harry will say that the slower payouts still make him angry, so his downgrade stands! 
LOOL... once in the pit its not so easy to get out again 
I have read the new act which is actually only for the UK, has nothing to do with players outside the UK.
32RED has started the cutting down already more than 6 month ago, when they took the auto-flush function off and introduced the 24hr period. however, for regular players they were still doing a manual flush.....
so this year we had:
- no more payouts on weekends
- removal of auto-flush, 24hr pending period, manual flush on request
- downgrade from loyalty tiers
- no more flushing at all, not even manually
- mandatory 24hr pending period
None of the above has anything to do with the new gambling act...NOTHING!!!!
This is a slice-by-slice tactic to improve profit margins (very common in business) where they take off one thing after the other and see with how much they can get away.....they will only stop when they see that many players stop depositing
so for me, they stay in a 2* category

Sooory yea i have too agree ,They implicating the act on their own term.I stopped playing casino a while back and turned my interest too poker,
I think the latest is that there is a hold on implicating the act and most sites are holding back,Some off course have gone ahead and done it
Sorry too here youre bad news,I know iff you win you don't want hang around for days waiting

Yea and massive increase in rake sees winning drastically depleting ,And when the AA only holding 40%.and sets getting knocked by bigger sets,Must be botting on the sites,Iseen one player going for3 days on same zoom table .i could beat him but not over that period off time.

hong kong, I know what you mean. I love poker, but I rarely play anymore because it is SOOOOO stressful. For me, it is like work instead of entertainment. I usually win at poker, but I just can't take the stress!

Really sad to hear the downgrade of this 32red groups. I occasionally play there, and it seems they are quite well though.

TDTAT, Thats poker. my friend plays plays for a living ,He dont even pay the rent ,not that he cant ,just because he dosnt want too use his bankroll,
I enjoy the game its angood grind but have broken 3mouses already and nearly smashed my laptop but you have too eat it and take break and go back,Easy toosay hard too do,
I still gamble as well for a break from the grind ,
iff you look at it this way online gambling you till have a better chance off winning then in brick and morter

LOOL .... thanks .... but 1 hour is still not the benchmark...BETSAFE, MAXINO and a few others do the payouts virtually instant after you request the withdrawal. Seconds after you hit that withdrawal button you receive an email from Neteller that the money has arrived. You only need to be a fully verified member.
So please let me know when you open it, but please also make sure you pay instantly I mean that's how it is with landbased casinos, you go to the cashier and get paid...they won't say: sorry, but you have to wait 24hrs.
Technology is now available to do the same at online casinos and operators just don't do it because they know that players will very often reverse if the withdrawal kept pending for some time and hence, improving the casino's profits.

Christine, when it comes to Microgaming casinos or even online casinos in general there is hardly any better place than 32RED. They are very generous with bonuses, very good customer support and you can be 100 ure that they will pay.
What disappoints me is that whereas they were always at the forefront (payouts on weekends, no pending period, automatic flushing etc) now they go 3-4 steps backwards and it is all for the benefit of the casino, none for the player
So yes, i will still play there regularly but probably not on weekends to avoid waiting 2-3 days, or like now with Christmas, up to 5 days to be paid.
