Two weeks ago, I won over 4300.00 at Lucky Red Casino. Well, I couldn't run down the stairs fast enough and announce it to the rest of the household. Went to withdrawal page, and chose a courier check (max 2500)...oh well, 2500 is wonderful just the same. Waited, waited, waited, a week goes by, I inquire about my withdrawal...well, "having trouble with courier check option" -- please change your payout option to PayMyCard. ARGHHH...so I did, but -- did I mention -- the maximum payout via PayMyCard is 1000.00...but it was to be transferred to my account within 48 hours. Okay, I believed that.

Waited, waited, waited -- days go by so I ask again "where is my transfer". Silly me, they are closed Fri, Sat, Sun...AND Mon. Wow, long vacation for Easter.

It's now Tuesday, and I asked again. "My request will be forwarded to the cashier for their consideration". OY VEY. Awaiting transfer or answer of some kind. I'm guessing that now I'll have to try yet another payout method.
There are no more for me...in the US.

Why is it that they take your money within seconds when you deposit, but if you try to withdraw, the rules are different. My 4300.00 is now down to 1000.00, and it would be great to see this money in my account. Inorder to be a daily depositor, you have to have some incentive (or hope) that you can actually win. ONE win of about 400.00 was farily quick, all others hae remained in limbo for some time. This one especially hurts!

Okay, done ranting. Feel temporarily better, but the win deposited into my acct. would really make me feel better.

kalenak,
They said: "Looking at the history on the account, two checks have been sent for the max amount of $2,500. These can only be sent one at a time, once the first one is cashed the second one can be sent."

Cool

Also they said they have had trouble processing checks to US players, and that's why payments have been slow lately:

"However, there has also been a delay on the checks recently which is what has caused the ‘slow pay’ situation which is why they were advised to change the payment method. It’s not a case of we’re trying to annoy the players and pay them slowly, we’re reliant on the processing powers of the processors that we use, the issue of relying on third parties combined with dealing with the US.

All I can do is apologise for the delays but the checks should be back to normal now and I hope that the player continues to trust in us to deliver for them."

Not sure who the rep is talking about. No checks have been issued to me. Their latest email said that my Pay My Card cashin of 1000.00 has been approved by THEM. That was Monday. It's Friday and no sign of any moola in my account. I really don't think that my bank will allow this, guess I'll just wait and see. In the past, they did NOT, and then we go round and round again. I then ask again for a check, and it takes a very long time.

My initial excitement about winning has faded away. Love playing at Lucky Red, though, just very frustrating.

I certainly appreciate you checking...so thanks for that! Smile
