I called support tonight in regards to 2 different accounts 1st is my acount at wild jacks , 2nd is my account that was transferd from royal joker both accounts were sent to allslots after these casinos closed, i was told by each casino that everything would be transferd to allslots even loyalty points, after calling tonight i was told that i had 2 accounts and they would not be conbind , this is a problem for me becouse i have always been told that i cant have 2 accounts at 1 casino, i was also told that there was no home address showing for my royal joker account, i know better I have made many deposits and withdrawals from royal joker casino and sent in all doc. needed to withdraw, seems to me that even after all I was told by allslots about how happy i would be with there casino im getting the shaft, i have checked and allslots is showing 1 deposit of 20.00 sence jan. well i have made alot more then that in deposits, but you can bet I will not make another deposit at this casino, im very disapointed, both wild jacks and royal joker were good casinos and it sucks that they closed, but to send there players to allslots casino was a joke, bad casino, , i have checked my loyalty points at all slots sence wild jacks transfered my account and have always showed 0 points, i have been told to uninstall and redownload the casino and i have did this yet still it shows 0 points, i have made 100s of dollers in depoisets yet it showes i have made 1 depoist of 20.00 im not happy with this casino and will not play here again if allslots cant make things right. I have accounts at alot of other casinos and dont need this crap. if this cant be fixed asap i will close my account ,both accounts. also all slots use to have live support now you can call or email no live support. be cairful with this casino i have never been abale to cash out here and will never try after talking to there support by phone, i dont trust this casino. good luck to anyone who plays here.

I also had an account with Royal Joker and another casino and was told the same thing that they would combined loyalty points together etc... They didn't even give me a Birthday Bonus and I have been depositing at Royal Joker since they first opened. I will not deposit at All SLOT USA either.

I also have been playing at royal joker an over the course of years had made thousads of dep. OUCH but almost always won id say i won most of what i had dep over time, anyway i tried all slots out few times was told i was a vip ,so mad a few more dep, an decieded one day to request a vip comp. ohhh nooo we dont do this you dont qualify ayt this time so dumb me made couple more dep an asked again, hahaha was told not elegiable so i removed from my pc ,what a bad way to treat a semi big spender!

i agree i depos 3 hundo and wagered probably 6k in the past two days at all slots usa and they say i am not eligible. i have 489 points and 1000 gets u ten bux. what a joke
