Just tried to make a deposit at Intertops using my Netspend Visa, which by the way I use all the time and had just used at Pantasia, and was locked out of my account. I called Customer Service and asked the lady why I was locked out. She told me that my credit card had been denied by my bank. She kept trying to tell me that I needed to contact my bank and see if I had exceeded my limit(?). She also told me that I wouldn't be able to use that card there again. I never could make her understand that my deposit never made it to be rejected because they just locked my account right in the middle of the transaction. I know my card works because I turned right around and used it at Pantasia again.

I know I have gripped about Intertops before but I am really PO'd with them now. Icon_butt

I think they may be having problems. I had some problems depositing, too, but it finally went through.

Yup, me too, got locked out of my account 3x the other day, they had to keep resetting my account so I finally said the heck with it....went somewhere else.

They will lock your account if your card is denied more than once in the same 24 hour period I had to call to get mine unlocked emails didn't work for me

Well, that may be however, I had not tried to deposit for several days and my last deposit was on my netspend card. Guess I will never know but still think I will give them a break for a while. 026
