Virtualcity/casinorewards HELP

Hi TDTAT, im wondering if you can help me. I opened an account with virtualcity casino on the 21st of march and recived a no deposit bonus which i managed the playthrough and withdrew £100. I spoke to live chat last saturday to find out how long it would take and they told me to email riskmanagemant@casinorewards about the situation which i did. I tryed to play at the casino today only to find out my account is locked so i checked my email and have a reply saying that they have detected multible accounts and my winnings are to be voided which is utter rubbish as that was the 1st time ive played at virtualcity. Its funny that nothing was "detected" while my withdraw went from pending to work in progress and i deposited and lost my own money. Im extremly angry at this situation so if theres anything you can do to help it would be much appreciated.
