jUST TO set the record a little bit straight: its only fair to mention that I had deposited 10 some time ago, when my birthday came up, I asked and received a 25 free chip.... have no experience with cashouts yet, but support is very friendly to me. Also, when you have received more than 1 free chip with most casino's, you cant cashout, I hate it, but I saw it was mentioned in their bonus rules....
