You know I always thought very highly of Vegas Regal Casino(maybe
thats because I never tried to withdrawl any winnings before).
I always just deposited money and played it out but this time I tried to withdrawl.
They said I am not eligable to get a quick money delivery account from those 2 places they offer and that I would be mailed a check.
Well, thats fine but they also said that I would recieve it in 14 days.
I made the withdrawl on 1/03/2011 and was told I had 24 hours to do a reversal. I logged into my account and there is a spot today that I can still reverse my withdrawl, so how am I going to recieve a check in the mail in 2 days if my money is still available for reversal withdrawl?
I am curious has anyone else had a problem like this besides me?
I have always talked highly of this casino and even got some friends to start playing there. I hate to think that all the good words I have said about them is all wrong. Can you help me know what to do.

wiccanmom, Hi! Sorry for the trouble. First, have you sent the required cashout documents? The proof of identity and fax back form? Did you ask the casino why your cashout is still reversable? This question about documents is something that should be done after each first cashout to make things go faster, at any casino.

You can see for yourself the dozens and dozens of reports of fast cashouts at Vegas Regal, those are not from me, they are from members of this site. Sadly, First cashouts ALWAYs take longer at any casino due to the identity documents, also getting mailed a check to the USA takes time.

The problem is that if you have only used credit cards to deposit, you can not cashout to the ewallets which are fast. If you deposit by credit card, check is the only option, and until a few months ago they could not even send checks, you would have had to make an ewallet account to even cashout.

It takes time to send a check from outside the usa, unless fedex or something is used which is expensive. Also remember the estimate the casino gives is usally the longest it would take.

What you should do is ask the casino why your withdrawal is still reversable and if they need anything for you to process your cashout. wink If that does not answer your question, then let me know.

I spoke to live help 20 minutes ago and they told me about documents!
They never said anything of the sort on the 3rd when I made the withdrawl(or on the 7th or 10th when I spoke to them about it!) I tried to get a account with those ewallet places but live help said I am not eligiable. Why? I couldn't be told.
When I was speaking to live help he said that I should have recieved an e-mail about this and I told him that I have not and he said he was sending it RIGHT THEN, but when I went to my e-mail there was still nothing from them.
I just don't get it why is it so easy to accept my money and so hard to give any back?
I am seriously confused.

wiccanmom, The casinos are required by the regulating companies to insure that they do not accept underage players, this is why they need the identity documents. That said, they should have told you they needed this info and may have in an email request. Many rival casino emails get blocked by email service providers... this happens to me DAILY. The only solution is to make a free gmail email address and use that for the casinos, they are the only provider that does not block rival casino emails. Mine get blocked by msn even when I have added the emails to my safe list, it is very annoying and has been a problem for over a year.

I wish you had asked me when you first cashed out and I could have told you about the required documents, it is something you can do at any casino you play at before you cashout to insure faster cashouts.

You can get a quicktender account from any casino you play at... just ask to be sent an invitation. What they probably meant about not qualifying is for this cashout, as you have to deposit with quicktender to withdraw that way.

Now to do the documents the fastest, take digital pictures of them, then just email the documents as an attachment.

In the future, send these documents at casinos you deposit at, then you won't have to do it when you make a cashout. wink

Okay , but I get e-mails from them all the time and they are never blocked.
Its been hours now since I spoke to live help and he said he just e-mailed me about what they needed and I still haven't recieved anything. I don't even
know what they need me to send or where or who to send them too.
If and when I find out the information needed and send it to them is it gonna be another 14 days wait before I recieve my funds?
If you know what I am supposed to send and who to send it to would you PLEASE tell me?

Usually, there is a fax-back (?) form to list your credit cards, get your signature, etc.

Most places want a drivers license or equivalent, copy of credit cards used to deposit (front & back), recent utility bill and your first born.

Ok, I was kidding about the first born..I tried to give them mine and they wouldn't take her.

I'd go ahead and send the copies of those items, just in case that's all you need. I know, I'm obviously not TDTAT but figured I'd go ahead and jump in and answer.

wiccanmom, These emails come from a different department. Like wvguitargirl said, you need a fax back form, copy of id and a utility bill. If you deposited by credit card, they probably need a copy of that too. I would go make a gmail email address and go back to live chat and give them that email, then wait online while they send it. Or, go to live chat and see if they have a link to the fax back form on the website and ask what they need in live chat. Then ask them what email to send the documents to, usally the payment department.

It really sucks to know you have money coming but not being able to get it. I'm sure once you get your documents in that it won't take long at all to get withdrawal. They are a good casino. Don't lower your opinion of them yet!! LOL! Good luck!

i cashed out to vegas regal and got my money like usualy about 2 days , cashed out on january 2 and i have been paid on the 4th by neteller

its not the same option but im sure they pay Smile

i never had a problem with them 3 days cash out supplied security docs,all rival casinos take op to 5 days thats the way they work
