[img]hi all has anyone had problembs with the cash out at vegas amped.its ridiculuse,i won the 726pcent bonus faire and square put my withdrawl in and waited.normaly you get paid 2 days or asked for account verifacation docs.i never got either.i got them on live support wich is good and they said they sent an e mail askin for docs ,i know i never got it ,so they sent me forms,filled and sent as they said betcave.com,no reply,got hold off live help again they said never recieved the docs,and too send them to vegas amped support,i still never got any e mail,so got hold off them again,they got the docs and say they are reviewing them.its the same docs i use for all casinos;i hope this isnt a rogue casino cause i got it here

1 am relaxed maybe not there live support is great but after that nothing.it was a good win,so stress setting in

im been paid by them and also another french player only a few days ago

she also had problem to send documents but all is ok , she sent them to betcave etc , like you and she got the money

it is not a rogue casino , its a good rival

oh ok but ther comunication and proceedure aint the same ,anyway maybe i was stressing cause i won and payout now into the 8 day

hong kong, That is a while, but the first cashout always take longer. They proably do not pay on weekends either. Just keep on them and I am sure they will pay.
