I know that is standard procedure @ all rival casinos . Like i said i have played ND bonuses in the past ( scanned id + minimum deposit via that wewallet to get it unlocked ) . Jack from live support told me that there is an moneybookers issue and the techs are looking into it . Then he told me that they "don`t have a moneybookers accout " . Those are the exact words used . And finally he told me that i cannot deposit if i currently have funds in my accout . Now you might find this beeing silly , but that is exactly what he told me . I don`t have the chat transcripts , you take my word for it . That was the point when i decided to mail support , because i felt sure that that guy has no idea about anything .
I`ve read the T&C , if someone can find where it says that if you have funds in your account , you cannot make a deposit , let me know , but i doubt it . And i have cleared WR on the ND bonus if that will be your next question .
cashed out from ND bonuses @ Black Diamond casino and OrangeGamez casino in the past . I could deposit and cashout without any kind of problems .

Cristian, Hi, thanks for letting me know. So you did or did not make the deposit with moneybookers?
As far as moneybookers, other casinos have been having trouble with them for 2 weeks, so that may be true. As for the other issues, please leave a review in our gambling directory to warn other players: http://www.noluckneeded.com/profile-vegasaces-com.html
This is a new casino, so we do not have much information on them, but casinos with rival software have always payed players before, so stay on them.

I never depsited . I was going to deposit so i can withdraw my ndb winnings , but Jack told me that i cannot deposit because i currently have funds in my account ( i know its stupid , i said the same thing ) . I never tried , just emailed support and asked what to do .
In regards to your Payout request, given that no money bookers deposit has been made, we will look into the possibility as to a money bookers payout, this may take from 24 to 48 hours to confirm.
Also, please provide us with your money bookers email address.
Jade from live support said its ok and i will receive my winnings , but i have to wait ...
waited 4 days ... and finally they told me that it may take 3 more days " for the funds to be removed from your account " . That is silly ... not the waiting part , the funds removing ... whats up with that , hahaha
Oh and another interesting thing :

i can`t find any info , i can`t find someone who actually cashed out from this casino . I don`t know how these guys actually expect you to trust their casino . I mean the support is rubbish , the software has major problems , they make some funny bonus T &C`s as they go , they ask you for your account password and so on ... too many irregularities if you ask me .
I mean whats next ? Jack will ask for my moneybookers account passoword ?
I don`t actually care if i get my winnings or not at this point , i just want to let people know about all this . Be careful if you decide to deposit there .

Cristian, Hello. Well you can not get paid until you have made a deposit. I suggest you email support with the subject "Manager Please Help" and explain the situation and hopefully they can help.

i wont even bother ... seeing how helpful their live support is , i doubt they even have a manager . Too much crap for 80$ ( sorry 60$ acording to Jack ).
And i don`t think i made myself clear . I cannot deposit ( thats what they told me ) , and they agreed to send my winnings without having to deposit , via moneybookers .
We all know what happens when a new casino gives out a ND bonus . Im not saying that everyone got over WR , im just saying that some probabbly won from nothing and the casino has to cut their losses somehow . I guess im just one of those guys who wont get paid . This is not a wild guess .. im pretty sure of it .
Anyway ill let you know what happens in the end ... even if they pay i won`t ever deposit there , and im pretty sure that you will se more players complaining in the following days .

Cristian, Hi, why bother compaining if you just want to let it go? The support people do not know what is going on or have any power, so that is why I told you to contact a manager. If you just "won't bother" then they win.
New casinos ofter have problems, but rival software casinos pay winners... so either try to get your money or don't and forget it.
If I hear more compaints then the casino will be banned from this site.

I have an account w/ all those Rival casinos out there . I never had any kind of problems with any of them , i cashed out nd bonuses from almost every Rival out there . And support was great / all . All but ... Vegas Aces
Like i said : no other casino rep , or chat op have ever asked me for my account password . That is not ok with me . ( no other rival casino does that , actually no other casino does that , period )
No other casino asked me for my scanned id 3 times .. also its silly .
No other rival casino has software problems ( and to be honest i can`t understand what is causing them - we aree talking about the same platform here )
And the fact that i can`t deposit because i claimed the ND bonus first is a first timer here . I never heard that before . I always claim a ND bonus and cash it out if i met WR , so i know that casino would pay me if i decide to keep playing there with my own money .
So ... what can i say .. i didn`t lose , because i never lost my own money there . they lose a potential player/customer . Simple as that .... and i wont bother because we are talking about 80$ , if it were 800$ cashable , yea that would have been a completely different story .

well .. they finally removed my winnings from my account , and i received an email from Vanessa informing me that my withdrawal is being processed . Thats good news ...
sorry if i transformed this thread in a "personal" one , looks like im going to get paid after all . But still im not satisfied with them
