DEB123, Hi Deb, Sorry.. once you are bonus blocked you will always be blocked at all new Rival casinos. Ask for a "manager account review." This casino is from the Slotpower Grouop, so if you have an open account there, maybe they will unblock you at Vanguard. wink

Again, this will happen with every new Rival casino.. happenes to me too.

I really hope they do. I believe everyone is tired of Rivals automatic bonusban system. At least I am. It must really be a tough job for the support also to try and explain to everyone why they can't get what everyone else is getting.
I wait for a while then before I ask for a review...

But honestly...it is not only Sloto that does that. There are some more too.
