Am attempting to withdraw from Captain Cooks Casino(Microgaming), Use My Wallet is their only method of withdrawal. Need info on which is best and how to establish an account. :thx: all help appreciated.

frankie69, Hello! You will need an invitation to get an account. UseMyWallet is the same as Quicktender. Ask Captain Cooks and/or some other casinos you play at to get you invited.
