Trouble running Rival casinos

HI! Is anyone having a problem similar to mine? I have a dial up connection using AOL and since last week I have been having nothing but problems loading Davincis and Pantasia. I open it and it takes a long time to get to the sign on screen, then when inside sometimes it doesn't load the games menu. Then if the games menu does load I cannot get into the slot games. I can get into video poker. Slots are what I want to play!!
I've been in contact with support and they've offered me numerous suggestions which I've tried, but to no avail. I am still having this problem!!! Since it hasn't happened before, since last week, I do not understand it at all!! Is anyone else having or have had a problem similar that might offer suggestions?????? Thanks much!!!!

mostlysunnee, Hello! Mine is running good,
but I do not have dial up.. they did upgrades last week,
so that may be why you are having trouble..
I noticed the games are faster for me now..

Mine is running okay. I am having only one problem with the 1st islot on the list...when I get the "advance to next level" bonus, it doesn't actually give me the bonus. It does increase my credits by an amount comparable to what I would win if I went to the bonus, but it does not actually go to the bonus screen. In addition, it freezes so that I have to go to the lobby and reenter the slot. It will then pick up where I should have been if I'd actually advanced. Crazy, and not related to your problem, but since it is happening to me at the Rival casinos, I thought I should post it. It's happened to me for the last week at all of the Rival casinos I've played at. Hope your problem (and mine!!) gets resolved soon! Good luck! Very Happy

I have had some problems in the past with different casino software. With the exception of the OddsOn software, here is what worked for me. Defrag and clean your registry. I use PC Booster. You can scan for "issues" and fix them. I'm sure you've tried the cleaning temp files, cookies, etc. but my problem seemed to be in my registry. Unfortunately, I'm far from being a computer expert so I don't know if it will help or not.

Idea TO Defragment (windows xp)
CLICK START BUTTON
THEN CLICK ALL PROGRAMS
THEN CLICK ACCESSORIES
THEN CLICK SYSTEM TOOLS
THEN CLICK DISK DEFRAGEMNET
Now it will run a scan.. then
click defragement! The first time it
will take about 30 minutes.
DO THIS EVERY MONTH!!

Thanks for your suggestions. I have been emailing pantasia now for 5 days with absolutely NO REPLY. I'm responding to an email full of suggestions they sent to me One suggestion was that I email them a file called debug.dat, which I first sent on the 13th, and they are not responding back. I've not had problems with them like this before. I'm extremely disappointed, I can't believe they are not responding!

I haven't been able to open Reel of Fortune since Rival and Pantasia had their computer OOPS. Everything else works but that game. Anyone else still having problems? 064

TDTAT, thank you for your suggestion to write the manager directly. Unfortunately, I did just that and have not received reply. I did as you suggested on the very day you suggested it and here it is 2 or 3 days later and no response whatsoever.
I guess after all the trouble I've had trying to play there and now not receiving a single response to numerous emails I will stop even attempting to play there.
It burns me up, though, because I have literally spent thousands of dollars at Pantasia. How they can do me like this is beyond my understanding. It's one thing if they have run out of suggestions for me to try to be able to run their casino but to actually ignore my queries is outrageous.

I don't what is going on with Pantasia software but something is. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I tried playing tonight and twice I got to spin, the next five times I tried to spin it hung up on me, took my bet and then kicked me off. I am not too happy with this. They could atleast refund the wager you made when the software just keeps spinning. I tried two different games so it wasn't just one game. Got tired of losing money and having to resignin and wait 5 minutes between each time. Something is not right. Wall Bash

Yes, Pantasia is working for me again. I really disliked not being able to play there. That is where I do most of my gambling. I just like it there. Now, I have to say, I did request a bonus for all my problems. TDTAT, you know of the problems I had! Do you know they offered me a nice bonus with 1x time play through. Mind you, now, I've spent a good deal of money there and will spend more. I'm just very pleased that they honored my request in such a way. I feel better now, Pantasia! Thanks.
