I played the $7 freebie tonight, but the casino has quite a bit of lag time. I kept getting stuck in the middle of spins, and even though it would return to the game, it's quite annoying. I know they are new so they'll probably have some bugs to work out. I might try to deposit in a week or two.

Very Happy Very Happy I played the new rival a few days ago and i played on the 7 dollars for an hour or so and I loved the software as it was fast like superior and didnt lag like the other rivals so I loved it. Very Happy Very Happy

I was told I had multiple account too and when my account was locked. I talked to live chat and emailed. I received a email back that said I had multiple accounts that I could play but would not get any bonus and need to close out other accounts. In live chat I asked the name of the other accounts they said they couldn't give that info out. I told them thats a rip if my account is being effective I should get to know the info. To much of a head-ache too many other casinos out there that you dont have to deal with crap

NOT Live chat support! send an email if you feel like it
and request an "MANAGER account review"
tell them you are a regular depositor at Rival casinos..

If they do not unblock you after that, then they

Still haven´t got an answer from them and it has been one week tomorrow.
I wont bother with it because the playthroughs is so high.

Hi TDTAT I played the seven and a day later went to deposit and my account was locked. I have told you about the problems with my other rival accounts. I have tried explaining what happened but the only one that is open is sloto but they wont let me claim any bonuses and they keep sending them to via email. I also wanrt to join the sloto vip so i can take part in the contests here . If there is any thing you can do that would be great
