Strange incident at RTG Casino

I wont name the RTG casino just yet because there may not be any foul play going on and it could actually be legitimate claims but anyway here's a description of what I have experienced at this particular casino and I am wondering if anyone else has encountered anything like this? The most recent experience include my playing a 20 line slot game and I was doing pretty good when all of a sudden I get this pop up message that says the game is shutting down for maintenance and I cannot log back into the casino. The next incident happen sometime back when I was up to a $1000 and I went to play one of the progressive jackpot games when a popup message said I could not play the game due to coupon restrictions but there were no restrictions. I emailed the casino and it took several weeks to get an answer as to why this happen but I was finally told that the game was down for maintenance at that time.

Hans_Solo, Hi there, the maintenance popup has happened to me 10-15 times in the last few years (I don't play progressives though) at several RTG casinos including Intertops and Grande Vegas (casinos I trust) so I assume it is a legitimate game problem with the software as the last time it happened I was losing my ass!

It seems like that happens every time I start winning big at RTGs. But it does seem to happen in the wee hours of the night/morning. That's when they generally seem to do maintenance. But it's so damn frustrating when you're winning and you get bumped off the casino!!!
