Stay away from Royal Sands/Cleopatras Casino!!

Hi - I wanted to warn you to stay away from these casinos. I requested a payout of $2200 over a month ago. They have been telling me all this time they have no vendor to issue the payouts. I chatted with them again today. Here is their response:

Customer Service: currently, we are still working on a new cashout provider and will email you as soon as we have settled on a new withdrawal processor.

Customer Service: We were previously negotiating a company to replace ewallet but unfortunately, the company we were going to use has decided to suspend payouts as of late last week, therefore, we remain looking for stable options and will advise as soon as one becomes available.

They do not disclose the fact they aren't making payouts on their website or in the emails they send.

Stay away - they are rip offs!

I deposited $50 yesterday and used a bonus, played through the playthrough amount and went to withdraw $5ooo and they said i couldnt request a withdrawal until i sent the proper documentation. so i did they emailed and said someone would get with me in 24 hours. waited a few hours went to sign into my account and play a little and couldnt sign in. it said my account was restricted and that i need to contact customer service. Ca anyone help me figure out this mess. i followed all of their rules and hope they stick to their part of the bargain. PLEAS HELP!!!!!!

I can not help with a rogue casino that I tell everyone never to play at since THEY DO NOT PAY.
