OH I forgot to add after telling them that they locked me out of a brand new account, right I want to give you my money. Thanks Spintime I think now that you just may have done me a favor. lol

Greek, Hi! Sorry for the trouble. This casino uses a bonus block system that many rival casinos use. You may have had issues with a past rival casino and gotten on the block list. You can get on the list for making 2 accounts, for closing a rival account, being in a large apartment complex where someone else has opened an account, or several other ways. Also some countries are blocked, but your flag is US, so that should not have been the issue. The only thing you can do is email and ask for a "manager account review". Also, I deleted your email address to protect your privacy, as spam bots can harvest email addresses posted in open forums.

I see these are your first posts... don't miss our free contests in the contest section, maybe you will get lucky. Click "contests" at the top of any noluck page and look for "free contests".

Greek, You are not missing much on this offer.. it is basically a bonus on the first deposit as opposed to a regular free chip offer.

I hope you have better luck at some other casinos. We will have an exclusive free chip for a new rival casino tomorrow... maybe that one will not be using the same bonus block list.

Thanks TDTAT, nah I know that is was just the idea of it all as a new player you don't expect that sort of treatment. When I was in a customer service field many years ago it was ALL about the customer and what I could do to get and KEEP him as a valued customer (and everyone he knew) from them I got the impression it really didn't matter which is kind of sad.

Greek, Yes good customer service is becoming a lost art in all forms of business. Unfortunately, the live chat person has no power to do anything if a player is already bonus blocked, they can not even tell why, and only a manager can change a player's status.

There are different levels to the rival bonus block system. Some casinos use it less and some more. If you have never been bonus blocked at a rival casino before, then it may be worth asking for a manager account review to see if you got on the list by mistake... not for this paticular casino, but you may have trouble at the next rival casino you register at also.

Maybe just try the new rival casino free chip that will be coming tomorrow and see if you get bonuses there. If not, then you could ask for a manager account review and see what is going on, or I could ask for you.
