I have played a little Microgaming casinos but I have never seen a place where you can write a code. Is there such a place?

Ok, where do i start...

I found an email with the £20 free at spin palace casino,

so i tried it, and Fortunately, I WON, except the £760 profit i won was CONVISCATED!!!
yes and do you want to know the reason why?

Because i breached the terms and conditions!

Heres what happened, I wagered over £6000 worth of spins on roulette because wagering requirements on that game only counted towards 8%, so after i completed the wagering requirements i went to withdrawal, and i withdrew the lot!
After 2 days i got an email saying my money was confiscated and binned!
Why, because i wagered too much money, the maximum amount i was allowed to spin was £6, 30%, so where i have been making money i have been betting upto £150 per spin, but this is not allowed according to there terms and conditions, my account has now been locked after wishing death upon all the thiefs behind this scam
Is this worth a court case or should i just leave it to rest?

spinpalacescam, Hi! I am sorry to hear about that. I do not have much experience with SpinPalace, but Free offers are usally for slots only, so I am suprised they allowed roulette at all. Also, there is usally a maximum cashout rule for free offers.

If those were the terms and conditions, then I do not see how a court case could be won. Did you read the terms before you played? How is it a scam if the terms were listed, but not followed? We always tell players to read the terms and conditions of each offer before they play to avoid this type of problem. Table games are easy to abuse with bonuses and that is why most casinos restrict table game play with bonus offers. There are many bonus abuse issues with table games such as roulette, blackjack and craps and that is why those games are restricted by the casinos.

Members here usally do not "wish death" on anyone, so please be careful what you say and post as a member of this site. Sorry again for your problem and I hope the next time you play things go better.

Sorry

yeah, sorry about the death thing, i was just so damn angry that £760 would be taken away from me like that,
anyway the email i recieved said that whatever i win is mine to keep, so there was no limit there, the thing that angered me most was the fact that i kept chatting to live support and they all congratulated me on my success, i mean they have to access my account before starting a conversation so why didn't they mention it before?

Anyway, here is the email they sent me:
Following a review of your account, we have identified that you are in breach of the casino’s standard Terms, as per paragraph 8 of section “Final and Exclusive Agreement”.

- Please refer specifically to the following clause:

Before any withdrawals are processed, your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. In the interests of fair gaming, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular gaming for bonus play-through requirement purposes. Other examples of irregular game play include but are not limited to, placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30r more of the value of the bonus credited to their account until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met. Should the Casino deem that irregular game play has occurred, the Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings.

Although when i registered these terms didnt appear, they only appeared in really really small print so obviously i wasnt going to read it, for all i know they just came up with this breach after i won the money, such a joke it has put me off online casinos for good i hope.

spinpalacescam, Hi, Sorry for your troubles.

If you get "put off" from online casinos for good, it will probably save you a lot of money in the long run! Laughing

The casinos always say that you can keep what you win, but that does not mean there is not a maximum cashout rule. What casino could stay in business if they gave everyone free money and the players could all win thousands? The devil is in the details, in this case the "fine print". I am almost certain this $20 free has a maximum cashout rule, but maybe not.

As far as support telling you Congrats... they are just support people. The cashout has to be approved by the security department, so I doubt the people giving you the congrats had any idea the cashout would be denied by the security department. Support people usally have limited access to accounts and information.

As far as free chips and bonuses, it is usally a good idea to stick with slots only. Many of the "microgaming software" casinos tend to have these "irregular betting pattern" rules when it comes to non-slot games, such as roulette. They consider huge bets on table games a way to beat their bonuses. There are whole websites that teach players how to make bets to beat the bonuses, and that is why the casinos made these rules, because they were getting crushed by "advantage players". These rules have been around for at least a few years, but that does not mean I like the rules and this is one reason the "Spin Palace" group is not really promoted at this website. Most casinos that run on non-microgaming software do not allow any table game play when it comes to free plays or free bonuses.

This can be related to "card counting" in blackjack in a las vegas casino. Card counting is not illegal in Las Vegas, but all casinos will kick you out if they think you are card counting. I do not think it is right, but that is what they do.

Sorry

yeah that was a pretty good response but im still cheesed off and believe that i was ripped off, if they didnt want me to start betting huge amounts they should have restricted any bets over the limit, that way i could say ok, fair enough, the table has a limit, but no! they purposely waited for me to cash out and once i withdrew everything they just dumped the cash into some sort of recycle bin,
i would have at least felt relieved if they refunded me half the dosh!

Another reason i was so upset was because i have been playing with casino bonuses for many months now and this is the first time i have been successful, shame about the final outcome though.

spinpalacescam, I am not making excuses for the casino as I do not care if anyone plays at Spin Palace or not. Laughing

I am just explaining how they work. I would be mad too. The casinos will rarely do anything until a cashout goes to security, that is just the way they work. Some of the other softwares do actually block/reduce bets that do not conform to the bonus rules, but I guess Microgaming does not.

Like I said earlier, maybe quitting now will save you lots of money in the long run. Most gambling addicts are created because of big wins whilst a new player. wink
