Who is going to know if you are in a prohibited state if you use the address of a friend who just happens to live in a "legal" state? If you're using Neteller, Click2Pay, or something like that, the casinos aren't going to be sending your payouts to your home address.
Is there any such rule casinos post that if you play where it's against the law and you win they don't have to pay you?
Just a thought . . .

they have ip checks.. i would not risk it

I wouldn't cheat they may send the gambler police in your direction !!
I think that is why your ip address is so important. I'm not computer literate but don't they know by that, not where you log in from? NO don't do it !
