Smart Live Casino Deny to pay in Full

Hi,
I'v been a player in Smartlive casino since Aug 2008. I kept loosing till I finally won on on Aug 2009 total 4600 GBP and were fully paid.
A month later, I got lucky again and won 11000 GBP and I could not follow to know if I was paid due to family emergency and I had to leave Ireland ( I had a close family member involved in car accident) I returned back to Ireland by end of 2011 and on Feb 2012 I contacted Smarlive to unlock my acc and allow me to use my 11K winnings. After I provided my NOTARIZED docs they unlocked my acc and allowed me to keep playing with my money. I have been asked to make a small deposit from my moeybookers acc so my info will be recorded in their cashier system for them to process my withdrawal. they paid 2000 GBP out of my wthdrawal and promised to process the remaining "soon". After 3-4 months of promises I submited a complaint with CasinoMeister and Smartlive agreed to accept his ruling. After Casinomeister was provided with partial info, he ruled I need to be paid with just 1/3 of my withdrawal... which was about 3050 GBP. Smartlive told me that I HAVE only 48 hours to accept their "deal".
I explained them that it will not be enough for me to consider my rights and the ruling and why they wish to paid just 1750 and not the full 3050 casinomeister ruled... they refuesed to answer and IGNORED me.

I have a very simple 2 questions :
1. If Smartlive can not efford to pay high winnings, why it's not cleary
written in their terms and they "remember" to bring unreasonable
excuses only AFTER my withdrawal ???

2. If I eventually agreed to CasinoMeister's ruling to bring my case
to an end after such a long time and to be paid with 3050 GBP
why they refused to accept the ruling and still don't pay ??

If anyone is intersted, I will be more then happy to share the facts
with all the emails I received from Smarlive with all their promises
and how suddenly changed their minds to pay me in full
( are they in some kind of financial situation ...?)

I suggest to be carefully before risking money in this casino

imfinn76, yea i never heard off that casino before,maybe stick with the good ones.

as for asking CASINOMEISTER for any help well you got youre answer that site wont help any player they are shit.

thers a little uncontrollable lap dog called nifty running around yapping at every comment on the forum ,

i call him kks lapdog cause they sit and conspire together.and thats exactly wot he is KKs lapdog.

There are other means available to you to tackle the problem,but unfortunately,if you took the CASINOMEISTERS shit advice and took the money too late.

thats the tactics off the CASINOMEISTERS advice they will lean more to the side off the casino rather than the player.

coming from Ireland as i do i am sup prized you just rolled over and took such shit advice,

SmartLive still ignores my payment and refuses to process
my lucky winnings I had in their live roulette !!!

imfinn76, er i think its pretty obvious you not goin get paid,and quite frankly i dont see wot TDAT can do for you there casino is not listed here .so she has no affiliation with them why dont you go back too the casinomiester and tell them cause also as much as i dislike them he would have tried
