I have played slots on Slotocash for a couple of years. Putting in a lot of cash. I recently won almost $2600! I requested a wire transfer on February 25 which they accepted. Removed my withdrawal of $2060, leaving me still $500 or so to play with. Several days later they told me it will take up to 10 day. Okay.
Kept checking my email for any updates. Nothing. Today they told me that I broke some rules while playing and Then they said I played the winnings!
Just a warning to everyone watch how you play! I never would have withdrawn my winnings if I knew this would happen! Because of this I will never play Slotocash again! LOL the offered me $25

Ginah8888, Hello! Sorry! What bonus were you playing? A free chip? The free chips have maximum cashout rules and bonuses all have terms and conditions which must be followed. If the max cashout was $500 then you probably won on a free chip.
Did you bet more than $10? Did you play a game that was not allowed like a table game?
The bonus terms on non free chip bonuses include game restrictions and maximum bet rules which must be followed or players void winnings because the terms were broken. I write about the rules in every post about bonuses because when I was new I lost out on a big cashout because I broke the bonus terms. That is how I found this site. The bonuses have rules and they always have had rules.
All the casinos have bonus terms and some casinos have bonus terms far worse than SlotoCash. Sorry. I can ask a manager for the details if you would like if you give your account name.
