Ok so put in for $500 withdrawal at slotocash via bitcoin. They send me email asking to verify my account which it was verified back in 2012. I told them my account was verified in 2012 and they saying never was well i forwarded them the email I received back in 2012 saying account been verified, fax back received, and ty for submitting requested documents. Im glad i saved that email but they respond saying no account never was verified which i dont understand cuz i forwarded that email. Its ridiculous to me they say it never was. Well im verifed at uptown too which is their sister casino in same group. I mentioned that and of course dont matter. Problem is I lost my valid ID and cant go get a new one cuz office is closed cuz of covid 19. I go online to get one and says to make appointment which they are way backed up. Be over a month to get appointment to go in. I have clear photo of my lost ID front and back but they want me to take a pic of my face holding my ID next to my head is what i cant provide right now cuz i lost that ID. I found my expired license but nope they wont accept that. So i dont want to wait months to get withdrawal but idk what else to do so im prob gonna have to wait. Sorry so long but any help wld be appreciated.

fuctpunk, Sorry! That stinks. Send me a private message with your account name and I will ask them what can be done. They may have to have a current and valid id on file for banking and money launder laws so my email may not help.
