SlotoCash Announcement July 24th:
Important News at Sloto. Sticky bonus rule removed!
"Our aim is to provide you with the best possible gaming experience. This is why Sloto'Cash management has decided to remove the 'sticky bonus rule'. From now on, all our big promos are fully cashable and they won't be removed from your cashout amounts!"
Finally some good changes at Slotocash.. I never play with deposit bonuses, but this is good news for players who like to claim those big 200%+ bonuses as they are now cashable as they should be. _________________

AWESOME !!!!!!!
JUST WISH I WAS ABLE TO PLAY AT THIS CASINO. MY BROTHER HAD AN ACCOUNT THERE AND USED MY DEBIT CARD...NEVER CASHING OUT THOUGH, BUT HE PASSED AWAY THIS YEAR AND EVEN AFTER LETTING THEM KNOW THIS AND REQUESTING THEY CLOSE HIS ACCOUNT, I'M STILL NOT ALLOWED TO PLAY THERE..MATTER OF FACT THEY NEVER ADDRESSED MY ISSUE AFTER TWO EMAILS. I GUESS IT'S THEIR LOSS BUT I DO UNDERSTAND TERMS AND RULES AND JUST WANTED TO DO THE RIGHT THING MY BROTHER WAS "LEWBETH" AND FREQUENTED THIS FORUM A LOT
sammy, Oh! I remember lewbeth quite well and I'm so sorry to hear that.
My sincere condolences sammy.
I imagine it would be very difficult to get someone else's account closed for obvious reason. It would probably require sending a death certificate... You would probably have better luck verifying that the credit card is in your name and not his and having that card removed from his account. Maybe live chat could give you a security department email address to use. _________________

thank you TDAT and scion.
TDTAT, I did that first and that didn't work so I sent them all my ID and his as well but I didn't receive any response at all. I even called them. I then emailed them from HIS email address to show that I had access to that too but again no response. I would send a death certificate but that would be a bit much for them to have...with a copy of the certificate they can claim almost anything they wanted to (security wise this is a big NO NO) and I told them that I preferred not to send it. I gave them everything else but. I want to do everything the way I should this way the casino can never deny my withdrawals using this as an excuse. It's a shame. I used to let lewbeth do all the gaming so I wouldn't cause any problems for him. He enjoyed it very much. Thanks again for your condolences.
sammy, That's too bad. Oh well, maybe it will save you money in the long run. Desert Nights has pretty much the same deals and promotions, so you could try their if you want as they are sister casinos. _________________
