nathan1234, Who is they? Did you try asking support or sending an email? Maybe you entered your passowrd wrong. They said nothing about there being a problem with your account.

sorry for the confusion.... I just meant they as in slotocash the casino.... wont allow me to login...... and I logged into the new rtg software just yesterday.... with my old account name and new password ....and it worked fine.... except I wasnt able to claim any bonuses ....and thats when I posted here..... and saw your response that all the accounts except sweet48 had been credited.... so i got excited and went to sloto to login for my bonus .....and it said account locked..... I dont understand because I just logged in yesterday .....and then you inquired about the bonus and it was credited...... so I dont know what happened from the time the bonus was credited to my account..... untill the time I tryed to login to use it today im sure was only a small amount of time.... so dont know what happened in between.....
and I am very upset now because I have always been a loyal depositor to sloto Sad please help

nathan1234, I dont know either... try asking the casino as they will know. This may be something support can help with.. we do not need the manager of the casino for every issue. If you find out that your account is actually locked or has a problem, then let me know.

well i spoke to live chat and had them forward my concerns to management regarding my account being locked.... and an hour or so later got a email from stephen the manager .....saying sorry for the inconvenience..... and they had unlocked my account..... i was happy so I logged in and I was unable to get the bonus still..... so I went to live chat to inquire .....and was actually able to speak to stephen on chat .....and before I was able to ask about the 31NDB or the 500% bonus ....he talked me into making a deposit with a 100% bonus.... he is very nice and helpful and so is the support there..... so far I am really liking the NEW slotocash Smile.....I think Stephen used to be the manager at superior casino as well a while ago ......so since I already deposited ...does that mean that I cant get the 31$ now?? I am pretty sure my account is NLN affiliated since I downloaded from this link.... and if it isnt ....I sure would like it to be..... so I can participate in future contests here Smile Smile Smile

I figured out what happened. I do have an account with them, but then they send me an email with a new password and everything got messed up. Because I used to play them about 4 months ago with another password. So I would think they were the ones who messed everything up, not me. But all is good, not crying over spilled milk.
