Anyone else having issues at Sloto? They insist that I've made too many attempts in so many hours but I haven't. I haven't had this issue before. I know that their time is different from ours but they are claiming their processor is saying I am trying too many times. I am just concerned it is the usual Netspend every couple of months speech about no gambling use on the card.

From my experiences, when they claim "too many attempts" within a given period, it's not that at all. I think it's poor programming or just bad code, and the "too many attempts" is a generic error that is used to cover various different issues. Deposit attempts don't use just one set processor to authenticate a transaction either, so out of five deposit attempts, it's quite possible to have each one of the five handled by five totally separate processors. I used to have issues all the time. But after researching and learning more about the entire deposit process and how transactions are handled behind the scenes, I rarely have issues anymore. And it all comes down to the transaction amount I enter. Aside from a dollar amount, I always add a few cents as well, such as $53.17. Stay away from amounts like $50 or $125, and don't round cents to the quarter, dime, or nickel. (i.e. $55.50, $130.25). It's worth giving it a try.....it's made a world of difference for me.

.........or the system could just be f-ing you over. Censored

RGALP, Hi there. I have not at Sloto, but if I make more than 3 deposits in like an hour my bank always calls me to ask if my card has been stolen. Laughing

Maybe try what beavo040 said.

Good point Beavo... I know it's not the attempts because I haden't tried all day. My last attempt was the day before and it was successful. But I guess they did have some issues on Thursday and I'm going to guess that threw everything off. I knew what they were telling me was wrong because I deposit all the time and this has happened before in the past and it is a problem on their end. It's just frustrating when you want to play. But I will absolutely do the "cents" thing. I'll bet that will make a difference.

And TDTAT, I've noticed If I try 3 in a short period of time the third will decline. They are making it so hard for us to spend "our" own money.....

And while I'm complaining I soooo miss the Micros!!!!!

Thanks for the advice Beavo.....
