Sloto' Cash Casino gone BAD??

The end of Sloto's great reputation has came for me.

Longtime player here that loved playing here every week for a few years now. But, emails to support that were once replied in a few hours at most, are now at 4 days counting with STILL no reply, payouts sitting in "under review" status for days when they were once processed in 24 hours, live support agents that are not even somewhat helpful or knowledgeable of Sloto's offers, are sadly the signs of another casino going bad like so many others.

Or maybe it's just my experience...

bcorey, I am sorry you are having trouble. I just received a payout from them in about 48 hours last week.

I am also still missing my Sloto magazine though. They have been sent, but they are stuck in customs. I will complain about it again to them. Once they had to send out a second batch of magazines.

The live chat people are going to have no idea about the sloto mag codes. They are not informed about things like that.

thats because the live chat people work for multiple casinos at or on the same shft. i talked with the same person from Grande and then Gain at sloto an hour later. something else i noticed while spinning reels will stop for a split second on the one thing you need for a big pay to only start spinning again and guess what..you lose. its happens to me to often

SlotoCash stopped honoring the magazine promotions for me even though they were sending me the magazines.

I suppose once you withdrawal a certain amount they don’t give any bigger promotions to you. It’s actually the reason I no longer gamble at slotocash. They just don’t offer anything to loyal depositors.

They did thesame to me. I actuslly paid the promoswas to get the mag early and did not get it till the midle of the second month. I played ther. e for years and not once did I win enough to withdraw. So I gave up on them.
