RTG Casinos

this picture I have acquired suggests that at least some RTG casino operators can control RTP (Return to PLayer) % on the fly in real time... Whats more disgusting, if indeed this is a valid screen shot, and not a fake, is that it suggests RTG can control the odds on static odds games like bj and vid.poker...

POKESMOT, I do not know about the validity of this screen shot but I heard years ago that some of the rogue RTG casinos do change the odds on their software. It is not very shocking as rogue casinos will do rogue things.

That is one thing I love about Rival casinos... the individual casinos have no option to alter odds.

Also, no respectable casino would alter their published odds as it could make them loose thier liscense. However rogue casinos do what they want and have rogue or nonexistant liscensing.
