Roadhouse Reels Casino has the worst customer service, first of all they offer a %100 match bonus up to $50. I made a deposit, and then found out that you have to wait 24 hours from the time you lose YOUR money to get this bonus. Now please, fellow gamblers, if your gonna play , your gonna play, am i right? But of course they waste no time taking your money. It has been well over 24 hours and I have yet to see the "bonus". They have no live chat so you can ask someone, and they don't answer emails. I am now a very frustrated customer and regret ever depositing a dime in this so called on-line casino. CUSTOMER BEWARE !!!!!
