tina, You are right..
TO REMOVE CASINOS:
basically you have to go to START, THEN RUN, type REGEDIT
then go to SEARCH(F3), then FIND and type something like CASINO
or Club PLAYER and it will find every file... and you have to delete each FILE
make sure you have My Computer highlited so it searches all files
BUT BE CAREFUL CAUSE if you delete stuff other than casinos you can CRASH your machine
You can delete/uninstall casinos from CRAP CLEANER, that removes MORE
files BUT you sill have to do the regedit thing to get all the files
TAKES HOURS THE FIRST TIME

The computer is not where the microgaming has you tagged. I know becauase I had to reformat my hard drive not to long ago and when I did that and was up and running again I had to redownload my casinos and when I opened them up to play them they wanted me to register a new account like I have never had one before. We registered a few in my boyfriends name just to see if they could tell if they had been on this comptuer before and they couldnt they in fact gave the No Deposit in his accounts. I did not change my PC or my hard drive just took the information off the hard drive and it erased all traces of the Microgaming. So it has nothing to do with your computer or a unique number your computer has. It is a file you have to find in your registry to get rid of them.

I was able to do the same thing, but not by reformatting. I went and cleaned my entire computer and then downloaded the casino's under my brothers name, and it worked.
Is anyone having problems uninstalling RTG Casino's. It seems they now download and install without an uninstaller.
My friend has the same problem. Unable to uninstall RTG's.

than just using add/delete programs>>
