Okay, I play tournaments too, and I can't imagine expecting the casino to pay me the amount of the random jackpot if it was hit. Sorry, that doesn't even make sense. Yes, the credits should be added to your tournament balance, but sheesh, I have gotten my tournament balance up over $20,000 and it's not like I expected them to pay me that amount!
I agree with TDTAT, it's a tournament that you are buying into. The credits you win, whether from the random jackpot or not, are just credits that determine your placement on the leaderboard....not real money.

POKESMOT, Oh.... did you mean seperate jackpots for tournaments and real play? I am not sure, but that would make a lot of sense.

i think yes tawnia , they are not same on tournaments and when we play casino , on casino the random dont change quickly , but when you play tournament they run very fast because we play by $100 bet
also i dont think its correct to ask to be paid a tournament random jackpot , because it s not our money , we play by $100 bet , never i do that lol , one spin $100 hu hu , who play that here ???? not be that is sure lol

I was one of the players that won a random jackpot also on Crystal Waters. If I am not mistaken it was a "paid" tournament. Shortly before that another member had the same experience also on Crystal Waters).
And neither of us were paid..... Actually as disappointed as I was I didn't expect to get the money.

Other members said the random jackpots for real money play and tournament play are not even the same amounts, so there is no chance that the jackpots would be paid in real cash.

I just want to put this out there: I really don't believe that anyone would turn down a Random Jackpot if they won it, regardless of the circumstances.

I've won Random Jackpots 4 times during tournaments in the last couple of months...and only once during regular play over many years....they are definately not on the same cycle, at least for me.

Of course not!!! But I think we found out that the random jackpot amounts for tourneys and real play are different.
