Hi everyone,
I would like everyone to let me know all of your problems with Casino770 UK, from depositing, whitdrawals, basically anything negative you have or even personal problems you may have with the casino, and I will submit all this information to management to have it reviewed and hopefully solve all the problems, because i hear about a lot negative publicity so it is time we try to fix this, as a token of your reward I will arrange for everyone who makes a valuable suggetion to get a $10ND coupon,

this is just a thought if some of the games where less then 10 cent becuz if u get a 10 coupon and play 10 a line it gone just like that. it's justa thought

Hi Adrian....
First of all, I want to say that I personally think that the casino games ( I play slots ) are some of the most enjoyable that I have played in any of the casinos yet. It is so nice to finally have some different games to play. I am just now downloadinig the new download version and I think that was a wonderful idea. Sure hope the games there are the same or just as great.
But since you asked for suggestions and problems... I will throw in my two cents.
I received an email on Tuesday about a bonus code from Casino770 and it did not work. I sent a reply email and inquired about that since I was told it was some kind of reward bonus and received an email back telling me that it had been credited to my account. I checked and nothing was there...I tried to use again and it was refused again so I sent another email asking what I was not understanding. I received another email today and they told me that it had already been credited and I had already used it. Well, I am old and sometimes my mind does not function properly but I was sure I would have remembered that. I was in the middle of writing them another email when the thought came to my mind to try signing into the french version with my UK account name and password since original email had been in french...Voila!....I was able to sign in and the bonus worked. I knew that I was not suppose to have an account with both versions but I had closed old FR account (that had another sign in name) and only had UK account left so they must have signed me up for new FR account. Figured I would not be able to cash out if I won but I rarely cash out anyway and I was bored, fustrated and just wanted to spin some slots.
Anyway...suggestion.....If we are able to sign into both versions with same account, then we should be informed of the fact and any rules and regulations that go with it. If not, then they need to get thing more organized and make sure that their wires don't get crossed as far as which casino version the players are signed up under. Also, although the people that contacted be were super polite (which I appreciated), but I think their responses could be a little faster. I have had to wait days before for responses and never gotten some after sending several emails. Support plays a major factor as far as where most people play. If I am spending my money somewhere, and I have made deposits at UK, then I want my questions answered in a more timely manner. I have an internet business myself and make quick response a priority.
Again...even though I beached a little...This is still my favorite casino yet and I appreciate all the bonus and the work that the affiliates have done to make a wonderful gaming experience.

I really only have 3 issues with casino770
3. the fact that I can't play in us $ but from what I understand thats about to change.
2. I wish that all the games on the French casino were available in the U.K. version like win abike and world cup.
1. I also wish they had live chat sometimes it's a real pain that i have to email and wait for a response I prefer live chat but than again I always have been one to prefer instant gratification wait on an email drives me crazy and than if they want more info I'm waiting again

The only problem I have ever seen is the limited number of coupons that are posted good, and the inability to "chat " with a person. I am one of those people who would prefer to have the option to speak to a real person even though I hardly ever use it. Customer response has always been my priority for a casino to deposit with, but of course, I also have the option of landbased casinos whose customer service can not be matched over the internet, (and whose comp levels I have never seen paralled on the internet). Thank you for communicating with all of us, and I hope you find our suggestions helpful.

Thanks for the comments I got so far, jwilikns one thing you are not suppose to be able to sign in with your english account at french770 and vice versa. Hmm i heard talk about this before and i tried it for myself but it did not work. will have support look into this, the other thing is that YOU CAN have two accounts, one with French and one with English if you like, just remember if you have a french account you will be expected to understand french. Anyway thanks people and keep your comments coming, i will ask tawnia to lock this thread sometime next week..
