I don't think so... maybe ask their support center.

Bethri77, Good luck! I have been using mine since 2006. Laughing Hopefully you used the $5 referral code and will get the $5 free.

Also I just discovered vanilla visas work at some casinos, but they are not reloadable. More info here: http://www.noluckneeded.com/vanilla-visa-prepaid-cards-work-at-slotocash-and-intertops-t12540.html#218635

I have had no luck with the vanilla's, some take, others dont...

However, I just activated and transferred some mulah over to my brand spanking new netspend to use. So I am thrilled to have this option!
and *clap* I got the $5 free so that covered my fee!

thank you!!!!

So aggrivated with netspend right now. I made a few different transactions with instant bank transfers and had no issues at all.
Last week I tried a transfer and it gave an error so I called with the error code. I was on hold for 15 minutes, and then was instructed that my address from my bank was different than the one for my netspend card. I asked them how exactly that could be when the first 5 transactions I did with everything the same, all of a sudden it wont work and its a different address? So I confirmed my address, etc. Was told to contact my bank and see why my card was refused and check my address with them. My bank said it went through on our end, the money is pending waiting for them to pick it up, and it would take 4 days to return the money to me if they do not pick it up. So I called netspend back, the next person told me it was because there is a limit of $100 a day, which is not what the website says (it says once card is verified it would allow up to $250 a day) but I dealt with it and said ok I will wait for the funds to be returned and try again. I was assured there wouldnt be an issue.

So today I go and make a transfer, same card, same everything and get a error code yet again Evil or Very Mad Angry Called them again and they informed me my address was not the same, again! The lady asked me for my bank customer service number and called them to verify. She says, I dont know why it is not going through, our system is rejecting it saying the address is not the same, yet it is the same. She now says I have to ask you a series of questions in order to process this request. Ok, ask away cause I know who I am.
The questions were completely ridiculous. They enter the last 4 of your s.s. # and it gives them questions with 4 possible answers. one question was "Have you ever lived on street such and such, yes or no." Then asked 4 different addresses. Asked if you ever knew of someone or had contact with someone named such and such with 4 different first and last names.
The last question was the kicker....Do any of these phone numbers pertain to you? HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO REMEMBER A PHONE NUMBER I MIGHT OF HAD BACK 20-25 YEARS AGO????? and every number she gave was 2 or 3 digits different. Needless to say I failed their little quiz so now I can never use bank transfers ever again. I am only allowed to go and purchase reload cards which means more money out of my pocket.
I am very upset about this, especially when it was their system that messed up even with the exact same address and everything.
Oh and now I have to wait 4 more days for my bank to return the money to me, since it wont be picked up...again.

Bethri77, Sorry! I always went to the grocery store to load my card, so I never tried the transfers.

Georgiecat, Sorry I did not see your post.. I never tried one at a top game casino, but I used a van visa at Intertops and Sloto and it worked.

It is and was just frustrating...that a business would conduct themselves in that way. Why not just have me send in documents like all the casino's require?
Its not a huge deal but I cannot get to any stores to reload the card, so I pretty much now have it for nothing. Oh well.

For those in the US, I've been having no trouble using a Wal-Mart Money card. It's re-loadable green dot card. It's $3 to load at wal-mart and $5 to load at most gas stations. They haven't denied any deposits yet and I've deposited a Desert Nights and High Noon as well as Atlantis Gold and Liberty Slots. They charge a foreign transaction fee (it's a % of the charge you make but less than a dollar on $20). I wouldn't use it as any sort of regular card but for depositing online it seems fine. Just a heads up for those that might be interested. I think you can sign up online to get the card and it is sent free or you can get one in store for $8 (that is a real card and not temporary...but I might be mistaken on that).

yup!! The good old Netspend card!! I have the visa and Mastercard! But a lot of the casinos are not accepting Mastercard deposits! Is anyone else having problems using Mastercard? Well about the reload fees... at USA check cashing (which they are really only located in the USA) they charge 2.00 fee and of course direct deposits are usually always offered free with just about every bank and every prepaid card offer!!! Thanks
