Wanted to share my story. I made a deposit with POC and was to receive 2 chips at their sister casinos BUT the offer had expired since the site had not been updated...anyway...thanks to NLN and about 15 correspondence e-mails...I was credited. Since I had already redeemed codes at Club Player and Coolcat, the management wouldn't give them to me so POC credited my acct there....I mean how great is that. Here's the sad part.....I got it up to $1200 playing Alladin's Wishes...hit 25 free plays 3 times for over $900 big ones on the free spins BUT you can only cash out 1x the free chip....wouldn't you know it. I have not won that much in 6 months and I end up doing it on a free chip...just my luck. My point.....
POC will be getting a lot of my money in the future. Can't say enough about them. Andre, from Live chat, treated me with respect and was soooo kind. Thanks POC and NLN!!!

Nice to hear good things about casinos. I have not played at this casino, but after hearing this I will definately play there when I get some money.
