Ok, I'll admit it; I did have a problem with waiting for a withdrawl from Pantasia ONE time. They were having technical issues, I'm impatient BUT things happen.
Since then, I've had nothing but AMAZING custumer support, loyalty bonuses and FAST cash outs. In fact, I made a withdrawal yesterday and it was in my click2pay account this morning! Now that's service!
If you haven't tried Pantasia, DO IT! I can't quote exact figures but I do know from personal experience that I cash out more there than anywhere else.
Figuring that a lot of casino e-mails are complaints, I e-mailed them a nice compliment (basically what I wrote above). They even took the time to respond to thank me.
No, I'm not affiliated nor do I work for them. But with other issues I am having with different casinos, Pantasia is far superior in my opinion!
Hope this can help someone if they are trying to figure out where to play.
