Be careful with this casino, if you have an account with one of their sister casinos you will not get the no deposit of 15 and some accounts are being flagged.

I have talked to support and i have been told that if you have an account with a sister casino then they have to check it out first before you can receive the no deposit money. Also if they need to check your other account with their sister casino then you will be notified by email as to whether you receive the free money or not

The reason your players aren't being credited is because they already have
accounts with another brand w/in our group of brands.
This activates something called S-tracking "serial tracking" which makes
them
not automatically eligible for this promotion. I am happy to have this
problem taken care of if you send me a list of players who haven't been
credited but you are NOT to give out my email for your players to contact,
please. If you would like me to assist with this problem, you must submit
to
me a list of players who haven't received this promotion automatically
(which
means that s-tracking is in place.)
I'm not in the
office, it's a Saturday but I'm willing to give of my time to help you with
this.

is it just me, or is there a lot of this going around lately? It must be hard to guage the response these ND offers will have.... But I am impressed every time I see a post like this from a casino manager acknowlodging/comitting to resolve player issues.

Listing all the members for all the casino groups would benefit those who take this sort of proactive initiative. Yesterday I swore off all Playtechs, for good, since I don't know one group from another, and one such group, i learned, labled me a "bonus abuser" -- after depositing $400-$500 since FEB i was more than a little put out!! But w-h-a-t-e-v-e-rrr, so many other casinos to chose from..... ones that appreciate even my modest deposits!!
Please note the casino I had my run in with is NOT listed in this post. (above)

Thanks - this confirms Cpay is the group alright! in all I've depsoited at least $260 with FOUR of their casino! Can't believe they would call that bonus abuse. and btw I've never cashed from any of them. Maybe they expect you to stay loyal to only one within the group??!?

Thankfully microgaming and RTG casinos don't do this- in fact they seem to want you to have accounts at all their sister casinos.

btw is miami paradise part of blaster?
