LOL I hear that CoraBets!!

I think we should have a halloween contest

like a costume contest -send photos of you or your families halloween costumes !! or a costume IDEA contest-for whoever has the best idea for a costume and how you could make it

OR
we can let all the moderators pick there 3 favorite pieces of candy
from a BIG list of candy and let members try to guess their 3 favorite
pieces whoever guesses right wins and if multiple people
win have a drawing!!

just a couple ideas i thought of for some new contests
something a little different
playing scary rich got me in the halloween spirit

here's an idea how about a contest to pick a trifecta in the Melbourne Cup
Australia's biggest horse race to be run on Tuesday 3rd of November at 3.00 pm AEST (Australian eastern standard Time)

It's a day when the nation stops whatever it's doing to listen to the race call, or watch the race on TV. Even those who don't usually bet, try their luck with a small wager or entry into a 'sweep'
In Melbourne it's been a public holiday (since 1877), elsewhere, it is an excuse for an early knock-off work, a barbeque with friends and a bet on the race.
The race is run over 3,200 metres and is a handicapped race. This means that the better the horse is, the more weight it has to carry in the race.

24 runners is the maximum number they will allow to run

so if everyone picked 3 numbers between 1 and 24 and see who gets the closest to the top 3 horses at the finish
