betting amounts are different then confirmed good rtg casino's, the minwager is way higher, but there are more options in between ( e.g. goldbeard minbet on inetbet is 0.20, here it's 0.60, but inetbet goes from 1.00 to 2.50 I think, these casino's go up just + 0.2)

what I don't trust is that the jackpots are way higher then safe rtg's

I completed the playthrough on silver oak, and wanted some help to cashout, that's were livechat didn't seem to work (maybe bad timing ?)

so I dunno yet what the max cashout is (prolly not much, cause when I completed playthough all my winning above 50$ were removed)
I do know that I will have to send the faxback documents and stuff

Our minimum withdrawal amount is $50 and actually there was never a withdrawal requested so even if you requested the minimum withdrawal, it is $50 and your amount is just slightly below that. Also the necessary forms for withdrawal process were never completed.

I didn't try to cashout yet offcourse, cause I will have to send the documents

if the documents are ready & accepted, can I cashout to e.g. neteller without making a deposit first ? (no funds in neteller atm)

I did not email, but when I entered account name, email and question, I got an automated response saying ' have received your email and are assigning it to a casino representitive. You can expect to receive a response from us within one business day.'
