When I first started gambling on the internet I was as green as could be. I made almost all of my deposits at an RTG casino that is now defunct.
well one day I hit for $5,000 on a poker machine got a natural royal.
I was very excited as you can imagine. So I called support to see what methods they had fo withdrawel. (Told you I was green!) Well the support person says "Madam (Gotta love that madam crap!)you cannot withdraw this money because you owe the casino so much money. We will apply this $5,000 to your debt, but that hardly makes a dent in your account." So I asked them what did they mean I owe them money?
The answer was that they had given me a lot of free chips that I didn't make the play through on, , I would have to make the play throughs before they would pay me!!! He actually told me that I owed the casino thousands of dollars!  
Looking back on it, I can laugh now, but at the time I was shocked. (told u I was green~~!!) 
I am so glad I am a member of this forum because TDTAT and Cho and every other No Luck Needed employee is so honest! wish I had been a member back then

Are you serious! No doubt they're defunct if they gave that line..... I sure hope some poor sole did not buy that and send them money, can you imagine! I stumbled across this site quite by accident as I was as green as they come also (you can ask TDTAT some of the silly questions I used to ask her via pm!) I no longer open half the e-mail junk I get because I know if I didn't see it first here it is most likely a scam. Cute story, good lesson....
