Think I may have had the same kind of problems!!! went to redeem the free chip to play the new game & when I tried to access the game on play instantly it was loading Heavyweight Gold!!!! So asked Live Support for some help & spoke to Jake, twice!!! First time he suggested restoring the defaults in my internet options & doing a disk cleanup & deleting browsing history, temp files & internet temp. files!!! All of which I did & even restarted my computer & was still loading Heavyweight Gold, so spoke to him again & took a copy of the chat:-

bubblegem, Hi! Sorry you are having trouble. I am not a computer wizard, so I can not really help. I do not think you have to use the free chips only on the new slot though... check the terms in the cashier.

Was trying TDTAT but every time I clicked wacky wedding, play instantly it was loading Heavyweight Gold & as it's not downloaded on my computer thought the fault was there end!!! That's why I was getting so frustrated with live chat coz it's a flash player, unless I go from a saved page shouldn't really be a problem! Not a computer wizz either but have done computer admin at college & SOMETIMES people that are the other end of a line to help, talk to you like ur a chimp trying to use a computer!!!! lol ( SORRY AGAIN, having a stress day, frustration vented now!!!!) I do apologise!!!!

THANKS TDTAT have been watching my partner playing the new slot on his computer & it look's good although the win character's across the screen get annoying after a while, seem's to give plenty of bonuses & he's been playing it for ages, so can't be bad! Just wanted to try a new 1 for myself!!! Thought getting a brand new lappy for christmas might have solved these silly little problems, guess not, never mind!!! GOOD LUCK, all the stress free peeps who can play, HOPE you win enough to make the casino's as stressed as I am???

Gave in & have downloaded the casino now (GRRRRR!!!!!) it's working fine!!!! PLEASE be advised, you may have to download this game as it's new, the flash player/play instantly MAY NOT work for you & cause you to have nasty stressful period's, toward's your computer & live chat operatives!!!! lol (SORRY!!!)
