I don't think it matters if you put Attention Manager in the subj. line the email still gets intercepted by support and unless youy have a direct email naddress to the manager it never is brought to their attention.

I've sent 3 emails with manager in the subj. line and all were intercepted and replied by support. I give up.

Glad to see Paradise8 in top 3. I recently started playing there, and have had horrible luck since starting, but the customer service has been A++++. I have received the biggest loyalty chips ever since playing at Rival casino, also personal emails from Julia who is a VIP manager, with special promos. I really appreciate their wonderful support. Would love to see them move up even more in the rankings.

I haven't been on here much, spending a lot of time at the pool with my daughter, and spending a lot of time at my parents house, helping my dad with his garden. Summer seems to keep my extemely busy.
