entranced, Hi! I think after you win the $100 from the freeplay, then you have to deposit. Your balance is then 4125. Then you have to wager $100X35. Also they do have support staff on the weekends, but they may be offline sometimes. Go back to live chat and ask them and they should be online soon.
I hope that you're right, but I was just quoting exactly what the support staff told me, so I just wanted to pass that along. As far as luck goes though, I really don't like the idea of them being able to manipulate the odds, "RNG" aside and everything. I know about luck, statistics, and the like but I feel like I've played enough no deposit bonuses to know that I could not possibly have been that hot without outside assistance -- I was getting bonus games, free spins, etc. entirely too much. It's like I couldn't lose!

entranced, Hi. I should have said your balance is $125, not 4125.
If you do not feel comfortable with this casino, then uninstall them and do not play. The free play offer is not a good deal anyway.

indeed. i just wish they could put me back on phase 1 of the promotion -- once i asked about my wagering requirement, they 'graduated' me to phase 2. Phase 1 was fun -- it was nice to win all the time!

entranced, Well, you could just play in fun mode as $100 is the max you can transfer, so you can not win anymore than that. Then you have to deposit and playthrough 35X $100. I think there is still a max cashout rule on that. IT is really not a good deal and would be better to deposit and play with a no max cashout bonus if available.

I think I like playing in "real" mode even if it's not for money I can transfer because then I can play on fast speed, have auto play, etc. I just like playing the bonus games so the faster the regular stuff can go, the better.

I believe entranced is right, it's 35x the "primary" bonus which was $2010. Believe me I played for hours and wagered well over 3,500. The second part of the promo does say "primary"bonus, I don't believe the $100 is the "primary" it's the secondary.......Maybe we're wrong, hopefully some one will get a straight answer from support, I never could. Also when I was done playing and before I cashed out on my comp points the 100 atch deposit promo was gone!

Got a response from email support, which sets the record straight that the playthrough on "part 2" is $100.10 x 35, not whatever you had leftover from "part 1" x 35. Here's part of the email:
"As the maximum withdrawal amount for the 24 Hours & 2010 FREE - No Deposit
(Primary Promo)is 0.0498X bonus which is a total of 100.10.
The total wagering amount for the 24 Hours & 2010 FREE - No Deposit (Secondary
Promo) is then 35 X 100.10."

kitzianne, At least you managed a cash out.
The full terms for any bonus should be listed in the cashier when you claim the bonus.
Also it says 100 s availble win or loose, so you could ask support about that, but with all your posts about this casino, I do not see why you would want to use it anyway.
Ok, last post. I just thought this was the most confusing promo I've ever seen even if you read all the T&C. Guess it was just me.

kitzianne, No it is confusing and a bad promotion. I do not like this casino based on this promo and would not recommend depositing.
FYI: The wagering for phase 2 is $100X35.
