US Players won't be able to cashout from this chip either way because winnings are ONLY paid to Neteller or Click2Pay...and aren't those options closed to US Players? I thought Click2Pay was still open for awhile, but I remember getting an email from them about my account being closed as a result of the new gambling act sometime months ago.

most old click2pay accounts are still open if you used them..
Mine is open and I got a cashout last week paid there..
I had to deposit it at another casino though, because
I do not have a click2pay atm card and no new ones
will be issued.

I don't know why some click2pay accts are closed and
some are open.. maybe it has to do with
certain states...

Maybe the neteller/click2pay rule is
for non depositors, but I could be wrong.
I would ask chat if I was a regular depositor
to allow me to cashout to another available method
even for the free chip..
