kaymast24, Hi there! I am not sure there are any with $5 minimum for USA these days because of credit card fees. You are probably more likely to find $10-$20 minimum with Bitcoin maybe at OZwin and Fair Go. Those casinos use Australian dollar which is smaller than US dollar so $20 USD is like $16.
The Box24, Black Diamond and Spartan slots used to have a $1 minimum for bitcoin or something but I am not sure if that is still the case. And they do not take new USA players.
